These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ServiceFax’s website, platform, and services.

By accessing or using ServiceFax, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. User Obligations

By using ServiceFax, you agree:

You are at least 18 years old
You will provide accurate information
You will not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
You are responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Act as a background check agency, credit bureau, or investigative service

All reports, scores, and insights:

  • Are based on third-party and publicly available data
  • May be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate

4. Use at Your Own Risk

ServiceFax is a decision-support tool only.

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for evaluating contractors
  • You will perform your own due diligence
  • You will not rely exclusively on ServiceFax reports

5. Limitation of Liability

Important Information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceFax, its owners, affiliates, and partners shall NOT be liable for:

• Contractor fraud or misconduct
• Poor workmanship
• Project delays or cost overruns
• Property damage
• Financial losses
• Liens, disputes, or legal claims

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ServiceFax from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

ServiceFax aggregates data from external sources. We:

  • Do not control these sources
  • Do not guarantee their accuracy
  • Are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays

8. Acceptable Use

NOT to Harass, defame, or harm others
NOT to Resell or redistribute reports
NOT to Reverse engineer scoring system
NOT to Unlawful purposes

9. Intellectual Property

All ServiceFax content, including:

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

11. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated
ServiceFax does not guarantee outcomes from reports
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion

12. Governing Law

State of Florida, United States

Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.

13. Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
